Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update store opening schedules and campaign timelines, ensuring all marketing requirements are completed before launch.
Plan and allocate marketing materials to stores based on campaign requirements and schedules launch.
Monitor the production, quality, and timely delivery of in-store POSMs, event flyers, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and external partners to manage production timelines, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution & timely deliverables.
Support the preparation and on-ground execution of grand opening events and campaign activations.
Ensure all marketing materials and event executions comply with approved briefs and quality standards.
Process marketing related administrative tasks, including budget tracking, purchase requests, invoices, and project documentation.
Prepare reports on event results, POSM distribution, and project status.
Partner with retail teams to identify and address business challenges and develop action plans to drive conversion
Develop and execute innovative in-store customer activations to increase foot traffic, transactions, and sales.
Analyze activation performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and recommend new initiatives.
Assist in monitoring day-to-day new store signage and maintenance operations, ensuring brand standards are met and identifying opportunities for improvement if still possible
