Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and monitor customer PO and Sales Order.
Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Finance, QC, and Logistics.
Prepare and manage export documents: Invoice, Packing List, SI, B/L, COO, etc.
Coordinate with PPJK, Customs, and CEISA for export clearance.
Coordinate shipment, container, trucking, stuffing, and vessel schedules.
Monitor export process from PO received until shipment completed.
Communicate with international customers regarding orders, documents, and shipment updates

Kualifikasi

Minimum D3/S1 in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in Export Sales/Export Administration/Logistics is preferred.
Good spoken and written English.
Familiar with export documents, PEB, CEISA, PPJK, and Incoterms.
Knowledge of BC 4.0, BC 2.3, and BC 3.0 is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
