Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead research and exploration of seaweed and fish-derived raw materials for biostimulant development.
Conduct raw material characterization and identify potential bioactive components such as protein, peptide, enzyme, or other functional compounds.
Develop and optimize biostimulant formulations through laboratory experiments and trials.
Design experiments, analyze results, troubleshoot technical challenges, and recommend the most promising formulations.
Develop laboratory-scale prototypes and support product efficacy testing through laboratory, greenhouse, or field trials.
Develop and document R&D processes, formulations, experimental methods, and technical know-how.
Collaborate with Production Department on the development and potential scale-up from laboratory to production.
Provide technical recommendations and progress updates to management.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Marine Science, Fisheries/Aquatic Product Technology, Food Technology, Agricultural Biotechnology, Plant Science, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, product development, biotechnology or biochemistry, laboratory research, or related fields.
Strong hands-on laboratory research experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: Biostimulant, seaweed/seaweed extract, marine biotechnology, fish protein/peptide, protein/enzyme, extraction/hydrolysis, natural products, agricultural biotechnology, plant growth promoters, or product formulation.
Strong understanding of scientific research and experimental methodology.
Able to independently design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and develop technical conclusions.
Experience in developing products from research/prototype toward commercialization is a strong advantage.
Willing to work hands-on in a newly established R&D laboratory.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, project management, and communication skills.
