Job Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute creative offline/online events, pop-up stores, community gatherings, and brand activations from end to end
Build, manage, and maintain the brand’s community by fostering active engagements, moderating community groups, and building genuine relationships with members
Develop and lead community-driven movements, workshops, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and strengthen brand loyalty
Manage event budgets, production timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
Measure and evaluate the success of events and community initiatives based on footfall, engagement metrics, and overall brand impact, delivering comprehensive reports

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or related fields
2–3 years of experience in Event Management, Community Management, or Brand Activation (experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred)
Proven track record in executing successful events AND building or nurturing active communities
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and handle complex logistical planning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a highly empathetic, approachable, and outgoing personality to connect with the community
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible to work weekends or extended hours during event or community gathering periods
