• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Building relationships with new and existing customers to identify their needs and provide tailored lighting solutions
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's lighting products
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with customers
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on sales performance
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any post-sales queries or concerns
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns

• Minimum education: High School, Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in the lighting, electrical equipment, FMCG, or building materials industries is preferred
• Energetic, proactive, hardworking, honest, and responsible
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid Class C (motorcycle) driver's license
• Coverage area will be based on the candidate's place of residence
• Positions available in the Jabodetabek area
• Experienced as Sales for Brady or Brother brand label printers is preferred.
