Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive tenant relations strategies and policies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
Oversee the day-to-day management of tenant interactions, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses
Lead and manage the tenant relations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent service excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants through regular communication and engagement activities
Coordinate lease renewals, tenant onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
Monitor and analyse tenant satisfaction metrics, feedback, and complaints to identify areas for improvement
Liaise between tenants, other departments and (developer and/or PPPRS) including maintenance, finance, and property management to resolve issues promptly
Develop and execute tenant retention programmes and community building initiatives
Prepare regular reports on tenant relations performance and present recommendations to senior management
Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations pertaining to tenant relationships

Kualifikasi

Minimum 7 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or commercial real estate services
Proven track record of successfully managing large tenant portfolios and building long-term tenant relationships
Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts diplomatically
Deep knowledge of commercial property management practices, lease agreements, and tenant management systems
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Fluency in both English and Indonesian is essential
Bachelor's degree in related field
Professional certifications in property management (such as IREM or equivalent) would be advantageous
