Job Description

• Manage and update the master data of spare parts (including part codes, storage locations, minimum/maximum stock levels, etc.) in the system.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts as required for maintenance activities by conducting regular monitoring and initiating reorders when necessary.
• Responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts in the warehouse in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct periodic stock-taking (stock opname) and prepare reports on spare part movements and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and purchasing teams to ensure the smooth fulfillment of spare part requirements.

Qualification

• Min. Bachelor's Degree majoring in electrical engineering, machine engineering, and other related majors
• Understand warehouse operations and spare parts inventory management workflows.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet for inventory recording and data analysis.
• Able to communicate effectively with the Maintenance team, Purchasing department, and external Vendors.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or inventory systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) is considered an advantage.
