• Supervise indoor and outdoor cleanliness.
• Manage company assets (inventory, maintenance, disposal).
• Oversee operational vehicles (scheduling, maintenance, fuel).
• Coordinate guest and expatriate accommodation.
• Ensure availability and control of office supplies (ATK).
• Handle legal documents and permits (building, expatriate, operational).
• Maintain factory security and coordinate with security vendors.

• Bachelor's degree with related major.
• Have experience minimum of 2 years.
• Able to using all account of Permit.
• Good in English.
