Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare, calculate, file, and report all corporate tax accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
Prepare monthly and annual tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax reports
Maintain tax documentation and supporting schedules for internal and external audits, as well as tax examinations
Review business transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and compliance
Manage tax administration, including e-Invoicing, withholding tax certificates, tax payment processes, and electronic tax filing systems
Monitor changes in tax regulations and recommend necessary actions to ensure compliance
Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding tax matters
Prepare tax reports and analysis for management

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree in Taxation/Accounting
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tax, preferably within the Logistic or Manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax
Experience with electronic tax systems (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, etc.)
Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
