Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new B2B and B2C customers for domestic and international logistics services
(land, sea, and air freight).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and shipment volume.
Conduct client visits, sales presentations, and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
Prepare quotations, follow up on business opportunities, and close deals in line with company sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies and business growth.
Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline, sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.
Take ownership of achieving assigned sales revenue and profit margin targets.

Kualifikasi

Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or
Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role.
Knowledge of domestic and/or international logistics processes is preferred. Familiarity with Incoterms, export-import documentation, and customs clearance is a strong advantage.
Having an existing customer or corporate client database is a plus.
Results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Own vehicle and a valid driver's license are considered an advantage.
