Job Responsibility:

• Prepare content, scripts, and promotional materials for live streaming sessions
• Set up the studio and production set, including backgrounds, props, and featured products
• Coordinate with hosts, presenters, or on-air talent during live streams, providing briefings on scripts, show flow, and promotional materials
• Monitor audience engagement throughout live streams, including comments, questions, and feedback, and communicate important information to the host or talent when necessary
• Collaborate with the live streaming operator to ensure all technical aspects, including cameras, audio, lighting, and internet connectivity are properly prepared and tested
• Ensure that live streaming sessions are executed according to the established production plan, schedule, and content strategy
• Provide operational support during live streams and promptly resolve any issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted broadcasts
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all production and live streaming operational requirements are met before, during, and after each broadcast

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Willing to work in shift
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding in Live Stream ecosystem, Open Broadcast Software (OBS), and mixing
• Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, attention to detail, and data analysis
• Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
