Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support when needed and recommend troubleshooting for application's technical issue
Supporting all product / application development activities
To be a genuine partner, offering technical support, technical updates and information for customers

Job Requirements

Candidate must posses Bachelor's/Master Degree from Engineering, Metallurgy, Project Management or a related field are preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the same field / as Technical Support at Foundry Dept.
Understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of metallurgical products and services
Excellent consultation, negotiating, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is advantage
