Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and building strong relationships.
Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, and recommend suitable IT solutions based on their requirements.
Present and explain IT solutions, products, and services to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
Manage the sales process from lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing to ensure business targets are achieved.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Consistently pursue and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with technical, presales, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field are welcome to apply.
Strong motivation, perseverance, and a genuine interest in building a successful career as a Business Consultant.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in English.
Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to consistently pursue and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of IT solutions and understand clients' business needs
