Job Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and acquire new customers to expand the company's business portfolio.
Actively explore and generate new business opportunities within the shipping and logistics market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, bids, tenders, and sales proposals in a timely manner.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, warehousing, or related industries will have an advantage.
Own transportation (car) is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and develop customer accounts.
Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
Placement in Surabaya.
