Job Responsibilities
- Manage promotional activities and identify new business opportunities to support business expansion and increase market coverage.
- Provide technical support, product consultation, and solutions based on customer requirements and technical issues.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Monitor customer demand, sales performance, and forecast accuracy, including analyzing deviations and coordinating adjustments with related departments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements, technical issues, and business activities are handled effectively.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer activities, business opportunities, sales forecasts, and follow-up progress.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Textile Chemistry or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a textile manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Relevant training or certification in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
