Job Responsibilities

Ensuring production productivity meets the set targets and reporting regularly to management.
Maintaining consistency within the Production Committee and encouraging continuous improvement for a better, safety-focused production system.
Developing and proposing systems that can be implemented and expanded to support sustainable production processes.
Ensuring that all production activities are conducted in compliance with safety principles established by the HSE team.
Ensuring that QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale) in the Production Department is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Guaranteeing that production delivery meets the lead time set by management.
Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Monthly Production Report to be presented to management.
Ensuring the continuous implementation of the Floor Management Development System to support the sustainability of production activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on productivity and safety.
Excellent problem-solving and system development capabilities.
Good understanding of QCDSM and production KPIs.
Familiarity with production planning tools and safety standards.
Proficient in reporting and presenting production data to upper management.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willing to be placed in Gresik
