Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and network device infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot Router, Switch, Firewall, Access Point, and other network devices
- Manage and configure Server RADIUS for Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA)
- Manage user/account, access policy, authentication profile, and RADIUS integration with network devices
- Monitor and troubleshoot RADIUS authentication and analyze RADIUS logs
- Ensure availability, reliability, and security of Server RADIUS and network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and handle network incidents according to SLA
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action for network disruptions
- Create and update documentation of network topology, IP address, device configuration, and Server RADIUS
- Perform preventive maintenance, backup configuration, and improvements to network infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2â3 years experience as Network Administrator/Network Engineer
- Experience managing Server RADIUS
- Understanding of AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) concepts
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, NAT, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Firewall
- Experience with MikroTik/Cisco/Huawei/Fortinet or similar devices
- Linux Server knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of Network Monitoring and Network Security
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work shifts/on-call as required by operational needs
