Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Preparing business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
Ensuring financial legal requirements are met.
Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
Analysing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
Accurately preparing and filing state/government tax returns in a timely manner.
Developing tax strategies to assist clients in being tax-compliant.
Identifying tax problems and developing solutions

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Accounting, or Tax, public accountant, or similar executive role.
Experience in work with ERP Software (SAP, Accurate, Tax system, etc)
Proven experience in achievement of Profit Growth Impact
Extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Leadership, strong analytical, and sound problem-solving skills.
English Skills (Business written, oral, and presentation)
Agile, energetic, dynamic, communication and collaboration ability
Excellence of Integrity and reputation
