Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical expertise and support for roll services and roll coverings.
Conduct onsite assessments and present technical solutions to customers.
Support sales teams with technical knowledge, solution proposals, and customer meetings.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to roll performance and maintenance.
Collaborate with global experts to identify optimal service and covering solutions.
Assist in evaluating customer needs, troubleshooting roll-related issues, and proposing corrective actions.
To support Valmet Mill Sales Managers with the technical content of sales

Kualifikasi

Engineering degree (Master's or Bachelor's considered as an advantage), for example in mechanical, paper engineering or other relevant technical field
Experience with paper or board making processes, roll maintenance, roll covers, or related technical roles is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on technical capability.
Previous experience in technical support, service business, or maintenance coordination is beneficial.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of your working time.
Fluent spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn roll technology and its influence on the papermaking process.
