Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all Finance & Accounting activities of the company
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow, budget, and financial planning
  • Prepare, analyse, and present Profit & Loss (P&L) reports periodically
  • Oversee Accounting, AR, AP, and company payment processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
  • Oversee company tax obligations and reporting
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to Management
  • Ensure implementation of SOP, internal control, and compliance
  • Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team
Job Requirements
  • Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Experience as Finance & Accounting Manager/Supervisor
  • Understanding of Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Cash Flow, AR & AP, and Profit & Loss (P&L)
  • Possess Brevet Pajak A & B
  • Strong financial analysis and leadership capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with high integrity and ability to work towards targets
  • Experience in Construction/Oil & Gas/Project Based companies is an advantage
