Be a talent, model, or cast member for Style Korean Indonesia video content.
Develop and execute social media strategies
Create and manage content plans
Handle video editing for each content
Manage the presence of Style Korean Indonesia brands on social media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Identify the latest social media trends and implement them into a content strategy to attract views and engage with the audience.
Monitor the performance of created content and the growth of the account, including but not limited to the number of likes, followers, comments, etc.
Proactively suggest new creative ideas to enhance content engagement.

Kualifikasi

2 year experience in being a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Passionate about the beauty industry.
Possess broad knowledge and experience working with social media platforms, whether professionally or personally.
Experience in creating strong and engaging content on Instagram and TikTok, with proven results such as appearing on the For You Page (FYP) and achieving a high number of likes/followers.
Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
Comfortable and confident working in front of a camera.
Required soft skills: time management, content writing, and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
