Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations (Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items according to company standards).
- Classify and organize SKUs based on product type, characteristics, movement, storage requirements, and inventory turnover to optimize warehouse space and operational efficiency.
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and work quality
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counting, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, 5S standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and warehouse-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports, including inventory status and operational performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in managing raw materials, finished goods, and production-related warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, warehouse layout, and 5S.
- Ability to manage manpower, warehouse capacity, operational costs, and multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
