Job Responsibilities

Support Executives in travelling matters (Expert in travel operation & procedures, confidential files etc).
Handle local & overseas travel arrangements for executive levels (business trips and personal trips).
Maintain relations with third parties related to executive's travel sake.
Lead the travel arrangement team and make sure all the processes related executive's travel run smoothly.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 10 years experience as Branch SPV/Manager or Senior Travel & Ticketing Consultant (equal to manager to senior manager).
Have exposure to overseas trips (USA and Europe).
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Have an excellent leadership & communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
