Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll through both manual calculations and payroll systems.
- Collect, verify, and reconcile attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Calculate, monitor, and validate employee compensation components, including basic salary, allowances, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure accurate PPh 21 calculation and processing in compliance with applicable tax regulations and deadlines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll, attendance, compensation, and benefits, providing responsive and solution-oriented support.
- Compiling and maintaining employee files and records.
- Maintain and update employee master data in HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date payroll information.
- Develop and execute talent management strategies/people development (include rotation, promotion, KPI, sanction, etc).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Management/Law/Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in related field.
- Having experience in handling HRIS (Sunfish and Talenta) will be a plus point.
- Have good communication, negotiation skills, and detail oriented.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Can join ASAP (Urgently Needed)
- Applicants must be willing to work at Central Jakarta.
