About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Staff to support the day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain. This role is responsible for inventory monitoring, order processing, warehouse coordination, logistics reporting, and supporting distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Process and verify Delivery Orders (DO) received from the Sales Administration team.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including inventory, delivery, and operational performance reports.
• Record and report logistics-related operational expenses.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound processes.
• Support order fulfillment and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Ensure logistics documentation is complete, accurate, and updated.
• Assist in maintaining efficient logistics and warehouse processes in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce, or related industries is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Experience using SAP is required.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Fulfillment Center or E-commerce Warehouse Operations.
• Experience using a Multi-Channel Logistics (MCL) system will be an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
