Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer POs, check stock availability with relevant internal sections and the Production team and arrange shipments to customers in coordination with forwarders.
- Prepare and control export documents based on Letter of Credit (LC) requirements, Export Instructions, and customer requirements.
- Responsible for the entire export documentation process, from document preparation through submission to the bank and/or customer, including the preparation of Certificate of Origin (COO) documents such as COO–KADIN and COO–e-SKA.
- Monitor customer forecasts and ensure alignment with production planning.
- Control Finish Goods stock availability to avoid shortage and overstock conditions.
- Prepare stock requirement analysis and forecast monitoring reports periodically and Support supply chain improvement and inventory control activities.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales teams regarding production and shipment schedules.
- Support the implementation of the Management System (ISO), internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, export-import, or a related field.
- Relevant training/certification in Customs, Export & Import, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
