About the role

We are seeking a talented designer on a contract basis to join our dynamic team at PT Diamulia Internusa' in Tangerang District, Banten. As a DKV (Desain Komunikasi Visual), you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and impactful designs that support our brand and marketing initiatives. What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and design a wide range of visual assets, including videos, brochures, advertisements, social media content, and corporate collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into visually engaging designs
• Ensure design work is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's visual communication
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's design systems and asset libraries
• Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design or similar creative role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, InDesign), Ai tools
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in creating designs for various digital and print media
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative, innovative mindset and a passion for visual communication
