Job Responsibilities

Lead the creative and communication direction for each brand, ensuring output reflects its positioning, audience and market ambition
Safeguard visual identity, tone of voice & brand guidelines across every channel
Ensure campaigns translate consistently across social, digital sales materials, events, trade marketing & international markets
Turn marketing briefs into creative concepts, key visuals & communication assets
Set content & social media direction that builds brand storytelling, not just routine posting
Lead and develop designers, content/social media teams, production partners and creative agencies to improve creative quality and execution
Establish creative review and approval standards to maintain quality, consistency and efficiency across brands

Job Requirements

Proven creative leadership experience, in-house or agency side, ideally managing multiple brands
Strong design sensibility with demonstrated experience developing and governing brand identity systems
Strong ability to translate brand and marketing strategy into creative concepts, messaging and communication systems
Experienced in briefing, directing and evaluating internal creative teams, production partners and external agencies
Strategic storyteller who balances creative ambition with brand consistency
Strong portfolio across integrated campaigns, social, digital and brand communication
