Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and develop the Compressor Division sales team from the ground up
Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing industrial sales team
Establish sales targets, KPIs, territories, pipeline management, and sales processes
Personally develop new business and open strategic industrial accounts
Conduct joint customer visits and actively support the team in major opportunities and negotiations
Develop key accounts within manufacturing and industrial sectors
Identify competitor-installed bases and develop conversion, replacement, and expansion opportunities
Develop complete compressed air solutions including compressors, dryers, filters, air receivers, service, and aftermarket
Take ownership of the division's sales performance and long-term growth

Kualifikasi

Minimum 8 years of B2B industrial sales experience
Minimum 3–5 years in sales leadership
Proven experience building or significantly developing a sales team
Strong industrial customer network
Experience in air compressors / compressed air systems is highly preferred
Experience in industrial machinery, pumps, rotating equipment, industrial utilities, or similar technical equipment will also be considered
Strong new business development, negotiation, and leadership skills
Hands-on leader who is comfortable going into the field with the sales team
