Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

You will lead and develop the Indonesia Flow Control service team, ensuring strong performance, competence development, and high utilization of service resources.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product Line teams, and specialists to deliver value-added service solutions for existing and new customers.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular site visits and support customers in shutdown planning and shutdown management activities.
You will ensure all service activities comply with legal requirements, safety standards, and HSE processes at Valmet, customer, and subcontractor sites.
You will work closely with distributors, regional experts, sales managers, senior sales engineers, sales support teams, and application engineers to drive customer success across Indonesia.

Kualifikasi

You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in flow control, including management experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
You have strong customer relationship management skills and can build trusted partnerships in different business situations.
You are passionate about applying technology and service solutions to improve customer performance.
You have advanced English proficiency and are willing to travel regularly. A valid driving license is required.
