Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Inspect and ensure that all raw materials received comply with quality standards
- Inspect intermediate and end products to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Conduct in-line quality control
- Create tests for quality control of materials and products
- Implement the quality, food safety and halal system procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, halal systems
- Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards
- Good knowledge about industry products and processes
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
