Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor daily cash and bank balances to ensure sufficient funds are available for company operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow monitoring and projections.
Handle banking activities, including fund transfers, bank transactions, internet banking administration, and coordination with banking partners.
Monitor and manage fund allocation between company bank accounts based on operational requirements.
Support the preparation and monitoring of company budgets and actual cash utilization.
Prepare regular finance reports related to cash position, fund movement, cash flow, and other financial activities.
Coordinate with AP, AR, Accounting, Cost Control, and operational departments regarding financial transactions and supporting data.
Assist in bank reconciliation by providing and validating transaction data required by the Accounting team.
Support financial analysis, audit requirements, and other finance related activities as required by management.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Finance General, or a related position.
Good understanding of cash flow management, banking transactions, budgeting, and general financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas commonly used for financial reporting and data analysis.
Strong numerical, analytical, and administrative skills.
Detail oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling financial transactions and documentation.
High level of integrity and responsibility when handling confidential financial information and company funds.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external banking partners.
Able to work with deadlines and manage multiple financial activities simultaneously.
Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi outlet industry will be an advantage.
Willing to be placed at Head Office, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta.
1+ years of experience in Finance
2+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
