Job Responsibilities

Conduct routine visits to stores/outlets according to assigned area and route
Identify and open new outlets (NOO)
Develop customer networks and sales areas
Follow up with prospective customers and visited outlets
Build and maintain good business relationships with customers
Offer Howell products according to customer needs
Take and process orders from outlets
Achieve targets for sales volume, SKU, NOO, and repeat orders
Offer new products, fast-moving products, and promotional programs
Use bundling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to increase transaction value
Ensure product availability and distribution at outlets
Identify market opportunities and potential new outlets
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and promotional programs
Provide information on market trends and needs to the company
Handle customer needs and issues professionally
Encourage customers to place repeat orders
Provide accurate product, promotional, and sales program information
Record visit activities and sales results
Input orders through company systems/applications
Prepare activity and achievement reports regularly
Keep outlet and customer data updated
