Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the procurement process for goods and services effectively and efficiently
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality
Supervise and coordinate the purchasing team
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies
Ensure timely material availability

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor
Proficient in SAP MM module (SAP HANA MM is an advantage)
Proven experience and involvement in projects (preferably cost-saving initiatives)
Experienced in managing end-to-end procurement for thousands of items, including raw materials, spare parts, and services.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), including business correspondence
Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willing to work full site in Bantargebang, Bekasi
