Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a marketing team such as; Brand Executive, KOL, Social Media, Design, creators aligns with the brand identity.
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Develop annual and monthly brand plans based on market trends, consumer insights, and business targets.
Define brand positioning, target market, value proposition, and communication strategy.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product development, launch, growth, and evaluation.
Develop brand strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, marketplace, e-commerce, and other digital channels.
Develop strategies for fragrance/perfume products, including product concepts, positioning, target consumers, and pricing strategy.
Understand fragrance trends, consumer preferences, scent profiles, and market opportunities
Develop KOL/influencer strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product consideration.
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop programs that support sales growth.
Develop promotional activities for General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and other sales channels.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Kualifikasi

D3/S1 Accounting, tax or relate with minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin marketing, KOL, accounting, finance administration, AP, or similar roles.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, FMCG, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience using accurate.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, also Able to work with multiple teams and handle high-volume transactions.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake city, Tangerang.
