Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer questions and provide information about programs, schedules, pricing, and class-related matters.
Assist with the student registration process, including registration and payment.
Coordinate with the BOC team to arrange trial class schedules.
Follow up with students who are inactive or rarely attend classes.
Handle questions, concerns, and complaints from parents and students in a fast, friendly, and solution-oriented manner.
Inform parents and students about promotions, new programs, and events such as trial classes and workshops.
Maintain good relationships with parents and students to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and update student data, including registration, schedule changes, and attendance.
Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students through WhatsApp and phone.
Update and maintain the student database using CRM and Google Sheets.

Kualifikasi

Minimum high school/vocational school graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration; experience in the education field is preferred.
Good communication skills, friendly, patient, and service-oriented.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks properly.
Able to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience working at a course center, school, or educational institution is a plus.
Familiar with digital tools such as WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and CRM.
Good problem-solving skills and able to handle customer needs and complaints professionally.
Basic knowledge or interest in coding, technology, or edutech is a plus.
