Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and meta.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable tour packages.
Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
Follow up leads until booking confirmation.
Input and manage bookings accurately in the booking system.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, schedules, inclusions, and travel requirements.
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests professionally.
Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after the trip.
Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Must hold an official competency certification from BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays based on operational schedules
