Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor material receiving and ensure material availability to support production requirements.
Coordinate and monitor daily production plans and schedules to ensure production runs according to target.
Follow up production orders from start to completion and resolve delays or pending orders.
Monitor factory inventory, including stock checking, material classification, inventory levels, and stock optimization.
Identify and minimize risks of material shortage, overstock, and slow-moving inventory.
Lead the implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI), including production SOP preparation and production tools, jigs, and fixtures readiness.
Monitor the overall production process and respond to production issues, process abnormalities, quality defects, and operational bottlenecks.
Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to ensure issues are properly resolved and closed.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, productivity, process capability, and product quality.
Develop and implement factory improvement initiatives to improve production capacity and operational performance.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, quality, or factory operations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Experience in production planning, material/inventory control, NPI, or factory improvement is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Willing to be stationed at the factory and work closely with factory operations.
