Job Responsibilities

Develop seasonal and monthly product concepts aligned with brand identity and business goals.
Research trends, materials, colors, silhouettes, and customer preferences within the modest fashion market.
Create creative product designs from concept to development stage, including moodboards and product direction.
Develop print, embroidery, graphic, or artwork concepts for selected products when needed.
Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, marketing, and leadership teams throughout the product development process.
Support sample review and fitting processes to ensure products align with creative direction and brand standards.
Contribute ideas for campaign themes, collection storytelling, and product positioning.
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to improve future collections.
Help build and improve creative development workflows, documentation, and product planning systems as the company grows.
Adapt to dynamic business needs and contribute beyond core responsibilities in a fast-moving SME environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
Prior experience in modest fashion, womenswear, or related fashion industry is preferred.
Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, color, and product direction.
Able to create design concepts and visual artworks aligned with brand identity.
Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant creative software.
Understanding of garment construction and product development process is a plus, though this role is less technical-focused.
Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn, test, and improve continuously.
Comfortable working in a dynamic SME environment with evolving responsibilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Passionate about fashion, trends, and creating meaningful products for customers
