- Manage 10-15 outlets
- Manage day to day operations with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Ensure that all outlets in the area provide good internal and external service
- Identify customer needs and proactively respond to customer needs
- Lead, recruit, train and assess talented personnel
- Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide two-way communication and maintain an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Make plans and reports on sales results and operational productivity to the Operations Manager
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 5 years experience in F&B and Retail Inventory management
- Experience reading store financial reports
- Proficiency using computers and making reports
- Sales orientation
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skill
- Problem solving ability
- Decision making ability
- Time management
