Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle corporate/commercial lending, including bilateral and syndicated loans.
  • Achieve business growth targets in line with the Bank's objectives.
  • Prepare credit proposals and conduct deep financial statement analysis, particularly for corporate customers across manufacturing, professional services, project finance, construction & property, and financial institution.
  • Manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and banking business processes.
  • Experience in Trade Finance (L/C, BG, Cash Management) is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Target-oriented and possess strong networking skills.
  • Placement: Head Office, Jakarta
