Job Responsibilities
- Conduct refresher training for drivers, including SOP, SCW, defensive driving, traffic regulations, and driver induction programs
- Develop and update training syllabus and learning materials
- Prepare and update driver KPI and performance evaluation reports
- Prepare and update driver job descriptions and work scope
- Update driver data administration, including BPJS Employment and Health registration and payment
- Process driver holiday allowance (THR)
- Assist drivers in Skill Contest activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Psychology major
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to prepare reports and administrative documents accurately
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work in operational field and handle driver coordination
