Support employer branding initiatives across social media and career platforms
Help create recruitment and branding content such as posters, videos, and campaign materials
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruitment administration, reporting, and candidate database management
Assist onboarding and employee engagement activities for new hires
Support campus hiring, career fairs, and other HR-related activities as assigned

Kualifikasi

Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Interested in recruitment, employer branding, and social media content
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Familiar with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
