Job Responsibilities
- Manage all support teams (FLT / promotion workforce), ensure the achievement of team performance / KPIs, according to brand / product strategy
- Together with the Sales team in the area proposed determining the focus area and the need for manpower.
- Execute & control consumer activation implementation activities in the area
- Conducting coaching, training on the fieldforce under it.
- Reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of the FLT team's work and coordinating with the sales team in the area for follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience handle sales team, motoris and operational
- Good with Microsoft Excel
- Strong Leadership, Territory management and negotiation skill
- High traveler
