Job Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales
Manage e-commerce ads across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other marketplace platforms
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns based on business and sales targets
Manage KOL/Influencer campaigns, from selection and coordination to campaign execution and performance evaluation
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue
Work closely with E-Commerce, Sales, and Marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, e-commerce platforms, and consumer behavior

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-Commerce
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience managing marketplace/e-commerce advertising, such as Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, or Tokopedia Ads
Experience handling KOL/Influencer campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, especially ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion
Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented
Good communication and project management skills
Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
