- Maintain and update project progress in Monday.com daily.
- Track active projects, deadlines, responsible persons, and next steps.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and priorities.
- Coordinate workflow between sales, design, quotation, and procurement.
- Identify delays, missing information, or blocked tasks.
- Prepare simple project status updates for management.
- Help create a more structured and accountable office workflow.
Kualifikasi
- 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, project administration, operations coordination, or similar.
- Experience in construction, interior design, architecture, lighting, furniture, fit-out, or building materials preferred.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
- Confident reminding colleagues about deadlines and priorities.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication
- Education : University Diploma
