2. Manage daily social media operations, including content publishing, platform management, basic
analytics, and performance reporting.

3. Engage with followers through social media, including responding to DMs, comments, and basic
consumer enquiries.

4. Research and maintain KOL databases, using basic data metrics such as CPM, engagement, and
expected views to support the team in identifying suitable KOL partners.

5. Participate in regular market visits and user surveys to collect firsthand consumer and market
insights, and assist in organizing findings into actionable reports.

6. Build relationships with schools, parent communities, and children's communities to explore
collaboration opportunities and increase brand presence.

7. Assist and support the team with other brand-related tasks as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Public Relations,
or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Strong communication skills with a proactive, confident, and professional personality; comfortable
interacting with different people and working in a team.

3. Creative and interested in Brand, Marketing, Social Media, and Consumer Engagement, with an
interest in developing content ideas and understanding consumer needs and market trends.

4. Strong learning ability, adaptability, and execution skills, with the ability to quickly learn new products,
market knowledge, and brand strategies, and apply them in daily work.

5. Comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a content talent, including participating in social
media videos, product demonstrations, and other brand content when required.
