About the role

PT Diamulia Internusa is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team in South Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in shaping our brand's digital presence and engaging our audience across multiple platforms. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualising, producing, and distributing compelling content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and supports our business objectives. What you'll be doing

• Develop creative concepts and ideas for content across various digital platforms including social media, blogs, video, and other multimedia channels
• Produce high-quality written content including articles, captions, scripts, and promotional materials tailored to different audience segments
• Create, edit, and optimise visual and video content to ensure maximum engagement and brand consistency
• Research trending topics, industry news, and competitor content to inform content strategy and maintain relevance
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and editorial teams to align content with broader campaign objectives and brand guidelines
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms
• Monitor content performance metrics, gather audience insights, and adjust content strategy based on analytics and feedback
• Engage with audience members through comments, messages, and community management activities
• Stay informed about emerging content trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in digital media

• Support the development and maintenance of brand voice and editorial standards across all content

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Content Specialist, or similar role within the advertising, media, or publishing industry
• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar, clarity, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including video editing, graphic design, and social media management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content ideas and execute them across multiple digital channels
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content distribution strategies, and digital marketing principles
• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to measure content performance and inform strategy
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and user experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating previous content creation work across different formats and platforms
