Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, HR interviews, and offer management.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment activities.
Manage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Support the administration of employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other workforce-related records.
Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs.
Maintain and analyze HR data, including manpower, turnover, recruitment progress, attendance, and other HR metrics.
Support the implementation of employee learning, development, and performance improvement programs.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Staff or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR administration.
Familiarity with employee training and development programs is an advantage.
Experienced in utilizing recruitment platforms and job portals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under deadlines and targets.
High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
