Job Responsibilities

Ensure work targets are achieved and SOPs are implemented effectively.
Monitor team performance, commercial assets, and POSM availability to support business goals.
Manage and track the commercial asset budget and its utilization.
Work closely with related teams to improve processes and support operational needs.
Maintain accurate commercial asset records, conduct site inspections, and handle non-productive asset write-offs or sales.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Fixed Asset Management or Accounting, preferably within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
At least 2 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Asset Tracking Software.
Strong understanding of fixed asset management, asset budgeting, and basic knowledge of chillers and promotional materials (POSM).
